Species:Bluefish

I decided to visit a jetty I'm fond of for the first time this season to see if any Bluefish were to be had. I had some time during the day before I was asked to pick up my little girl from school so that ment there was just enough time to bend a rod. Once I was on top of the rock pile I was into this fish on my third cast. I almost lost this fish when I landed it on the rock next to me. It feel between a large gap in the rocks, and I had to use the same hammered A47 with no tail to rehook it in the mouth. I hooked tow more fish but I lost them both. I had no more hook ups for that session but it was nice to get out and fish the jetty. Plans to come back with Avi for the evening tides looked promising...Stay Bent!
