Hey what's up Stack Nation! It's been a while I know. I had two weeks vacation so that allowed me to fish like a retiree...they have it good. I have many stories to share with you. It's going to take some time but I'll do my best to keep you abreast with how the fishing has been during the fall run the Begging to The End of Long Island.

First up was a good daytime bite during a serious NE blow (that GoPro footage couldn’t be shown to preserve the location) that looked too challenging to be fishable. Lou and I had the blitz to ourselves for hours until one truck then two and three trucks showed up...I swore someone was calling these folks because this spot is always a ghost town. But it didn't really matter. In those winds if you didn't have a Northbar squid pencil you weren't getting to them. Bluefish were in the mix, and I actually caught more blues than bass while Lou caught more stripers then blues...I'm forever hooked on fishing MTK during a strong Northeast Blow...Stay Bent!
