This was on a night bottom fishing trip in Mexico. It's a mixed fish box of Red Snapper, Porgies, Greysby Grouper, and a few others that I don't remember what they were. 6 guys and the crew, and being Mexico, it was open bar onboard during the whole trip. After we were done fishing, the crew cleaned and cooked the fish, complete with rice and vegetables right on the boat, we enjoyed the feast on the way back in. I don't speak Spanish, they didn't speak much English, but fishing is fishing, and we made it work and had a great night.

This trip was called a suicide fishing trip for good reason very little sleep lots of fishing the bus trip down was like a Non-Stop comedy show 40 crazy fisherman.I was beginning to think the only sane people on the bus was me and my sister. I'm going to leave it at that because I could talk about this trip all night best fishing trip ever

Landed this baby off the coast of Zancudo CR on a one man (just me) charter with Captain "John". Wanted a pic of the Rooster Fish, but he had other plans.

This was the biggest Red Snapper landed that day. With it I hit the triple crown. I caught the first, the most and the biggest fish. Since I was getting on a plane in a few hours I made a lot of instant friends by giving my catch to those who hadn't caught their limit. Except for this one. I took him back to the hotel where they had kept my bags all day and donated him to the head concierge. They had a fine fresh fish dinner that night.

Back in 2010 I had a day to kill in Auckland, New Zealand. The Hotel concierge recommended Redboats fishing charters. They were inexpensive and had us on fish all day. We were after Red Snapper and Kahawai. This keeper was the first in the boat.
