Sick Fish
Fishing Frisco today I was told by Locals that the fish are biting on low tide Reason the Dolfins are coming in the shallow surf eating the smaller Drum.(20 inches or smaller). This Drum got away but has bit sores that are healing on this fish. INEVER KEEP THESE FISH let them go to heal and return at a later date.

Out for a Run
Red Drum where hitting and taking off down the surf. When these fish hit and run you just hope your mono can handle the stretch I use 20lbs test no braid . If your drag is set right and you know how to land them you don’t need it. Braid is for drag fishing. Hook them and drag them in. Lol

A Nice Day to Stackfish
Black Drum are still in the surf near any structure.
Hitting shrimp and clam.
The town of Frisco is slowly removeing the broken pier in Frisco. Which is a great place to hit Fish which love structure like Black Drum and Sheepshead. To any member this is a great place to do some big Fish fishing if your in the area. Hit us up and the NC Crew will meet you there for a day of surf fishing

Black Drum Run
Continuation post of Sundays fishing outing. Definitely not the same fish in each pic. I love surf fishing and this is the season for it.
The key to catching Black Drum is Big structures sticking out the water and submerged structure.
