Stackfish full
This was a post from yesterday's outing. These fish can run or swim which ever is your preference but they can't hide it took me a while to locate the skool and when I did they were hungry and I had just what they wanted to eat and for desert a nice #6 hook. I'm sure my senior neighbors are sitting there porch waiting on me and my catch.

BryanI went to bogue inlet pier on Friday night from 1am to 5am. I was fish with shrimp and sand fleas just behind where the waves were crashing but no luck. There were schools of fish all around because when you casted into the waterm they would scatter like shad in the lake. I thought I was about to wear them out but all I could get were tiny little mullet. I heard other people talking about how many spots they had caught at Virginia Beach. They have not come as far as Emerald Isle just yet it seems.

6 man limit of fluke today. All caught on a bucktail/GULP combination. Big fish of the day went an even #6.

One of over a dozen bluefish I caught this morning. Fish ranged in size from #6 to the lower teens. Caught 2 on a sub surface swimming minnow type plug and the rest on topwater poppers. Bite was slow and scattered at first but we located a them on a flat with the water depth of no greater than 3-4', for over an hour my partner (who also caught over a dozen) we each had either a blow up or hooked up on every cast.
